Banana Cheese in a Cup of Cupcake

Resepnya nemu di onggokan koleksi resep dari tabloid Saji. Bisa jadi alternatif untuk sajian pesta, tinggal di decor pake butter cream yg diberi tetesan essence pisang pasti oke ^^.

Karena males bikin banyak tapi pingin jadi banyak jadilah satu cetakan diisi gak full, maap kedodoran “baju” cupcakenya hehehe

Here the recipe

Bahan :
150 gr margarin
100 gr gula pasir (lbh bgs castor sugar tp bkn tepung gula)
100 gr pisang ambon haluskan
3 btr telur (yg sedang aja kurleb 50 gr berat per telur)
150 gr tepung protein sedang
1 sdt baking powder
30 gr keju chedar parut

Cara membuat :
-Kocok margarine dan gula sampai pucat (putih)
-Masukkan pisang kocok rata, masukan telur berganti2 dg tepung terigu kocok rata
-Masukkan sisa tepung dan baking powder (lbh baik masukin tepungnya sambil diayak ya) kocok sampai tercampur rata.
-Terakhir masukkan keju parut aduk sampai rata
-Tuang ke cetakan cupcake yg dialasi kertas cupcake.
-Panggang di oven dg panas kurleb 180 drajat (manggangnya bentar bgt plg 15 menit dah mateng, tergatung ovennya jg ya)

Sajikan bersapa secangkir kopi atau teh, pass banget ^^
